From Blank SD Card to Live Broadcast.
Step 1: Flash the OS. Use the official Raspberry Pi Imager to flash our software onto your MicroSD card.
Step 2: Add Your Keys. Paste your License Key, Stream URL, and Stream Key into the provided settings.json file on a USB drive.
Step 3: Drop your standard, Constant Bitrate (CBR) .mp4s onto the same USB drive.
Step 4: Plug the USB into your Pi, connect a hardwired Ethernet cable, and plug in the power. The OS authenticates your license and goes live in under 90 seconds.
What You Need to Build Your Rig
Compute Node: Raspberry Pi 3B+, 4, or 5 (with official power supply).
Boot Storage: A blank MicroSD Card (32GB minimum).
Media Storage: A USB Flash Drive formatted to exFAT.
Network: Hardwired Ethernet. (Note: Wi-Fi is disabled at the kernel level to ensure maximum stream stability and prevent micro-drops).
